| I have a varied production and engineering background having worked within a diverse range of genres. My main passion is in pop/rock, and I specialise in complex, demanding mixes, utilising a range of advanced techniques such as multi-track beat quantization and sound replacement. However, a mix is only as good as its source, and I like to work closely with the band/artist to extract the best performance from a session, using the mixing process to enhance the sound but not to drastically change the character of a performance. I have a particular interest in tailoring a project to suit the artist, creating an individual sound while being sympathetic to the genre.
